At Notino, we want you to have the best possible experience with our products. That’s why we offer a clear and secure exchange and return policy, in accordance with your consumer rights.

1. Exchange or Return Period

Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receiving the order, as provided by consumer protection laws.

2. Conditions for Acceptance

To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging;

  • Show no signs of use, washing, or alteration;

  • Include all original accessories and tags.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

3. Accepted Reasons for Exchange or Return

  • Product with manufacturing defect;

  • Product different from the order placed;

  • Purchase regret (within the legal timeframe).

4. Procedure

After requesting an exchange or return, a return shipping label will be provided at no additional cost. The item will go through a quality inspection before the process is approved.

5. Refund or Store Credit

After the return is approved:

  • For returns due to regret, a refund will be issued using the original payment method.

  • For exchanges, a store credit or product replacement (if in stock) will be offered.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Intimate or personal use products;

  • Opened cosmetics and perfumes;

  • Customized or made-to-order items.
